I had a great experience staying here. The breakfast had delicious cake and fresh options, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. I loved having a practical room with basic amenities, it perfectly fit my needs.

Peaceful location, a church and a tower walk from the building. Near a railway station, very very nice area...

I stayed at the hotel room 5 min, enough to see what a horrible place it was. The outside it looks nice, but the rooms are absolutely dirty. The toilet did not have any soap, the curtains had some years that were not washed, the windows were dirty and full of dust, the room was smelling like had hosted pigs for a while. When I asked for my room to be changed, or upgraded the hotel personel refused to do so. I love myself enough to not get sickness, so I went out to another hotel.
I hated the hotel, it was the most dirty place I have seen in my life.

Staying here with my family, including a small baby, was quite convenient. We enjoyed our walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which took us only about 15 minutes. The location near the train station made it easy for our day trips. Breakfast was tasty too!
My kids wished for a children's play area. It would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities available for young ones.

Walking distance for everything, close to bus & train station. Breakfast good & good value for the location.
2 single beds arranged as double kept sliding apart very annoying. Shared shower was made for a midget, could barely close the doors. No Towels supplied.

Good location in regards to the train station and airport
This is the second time we have stay here, last time the staff were fine, but this time we had issues. The lady at check-in understood very little english, unable to help use with very little including getting the wifi password and even paying. We were told to return at 8pm to sort this out. The staff at 8pm, although more useful were very rude. The street noise is very loud at night, we could not get to sleep without ear plugs.

I like the price. It was cheap and close to the train station.
It really is a 2 star hotel. Our washroom was in our bedroom and there was no toliet. Very old hotel and is really a budget´room.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station with easy access to the Tower and local shops. While the air conditioning didn't function properly and the room felt damp, the staff appeared efficient and accommodating. Sadly, breakfast options were limited, and service in the dining area was lacking. We felt overlooked during our meals.

good price, nice breakfast (not too much but still good), good location: few meters to the main station, just 5 minutes to the shopping street

Good breakfast and good location in regards to the train station and airport. Wifi good. Other reviews mentioned they kept hold of your passport, but we found they only needed them for 10min to write down the details then they were returned.
Noisy at night, our room was even facing a side street and we had trouble sleeping - suspect the rooms facing the main road would be even worse. The shared bathroom can get busy as there is only one for half a dozen rooms, the shower in very small and only dribbles out water. Beds firm.

The location was a key highlight, just steps from the train station. The fun, lively breakfast spread each morning made our stay enjoyable.

Hotel La Torre is very close to the railway station.
1) We had to ask for the hot water to be turned on so that we could take a shower. 2) There was no elevator. 3) Not much variety offered at the breakfast buffet.

We could leave our luggage at the Hotel for the day, which was brilliant, since our flight back was late and we could enjoy the day in Pisa this way. Internet access was easy and reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the Hotel is perfect near the station and near the town centre.
The coffee at Breakfeast was awful and the Lady who was serving it was extremely unfriendly, telling one guest, who politely asked for a cup of coffee, which she should not have to ask for in the first place: to be patient!! Tables were not cleared and food was not filled up, like butter and yogurts. This definately needs improvement. There was no lift and we had to carry our luggage 3 flights of stairs.
